“Avoid cereals that change the color of your milk!”

Yet another snippet of advice from Michael Pollan’s Food Rules that rings true! In fact, you’ll find that a lot of healthy cereals (like the natural “pay-by-weight” cereals at Whole Foods, Kashi brand cereals, good muesli recipes, and more) are really some of the yummiest! Topped off with blueberries, strawberries, bananas, or other favorite fruits, hearty granola can be great with calcium-rich milk!
