Whole grains vs. White bread?

Whole grains and wheat are more healthy than white, or refined wheat and grains. You can easily tell by the name, “whole,” that you’d get maximum benefit from whole grains since they contain all the natural nutrients that should come with wheat – fiber, more protein, vitamin E, folic acid, etc. Refined grains (white) have been processed to extend shelf life and make them smoother, but as a result lose a lot of wheat’s nutritional value.
